新型电诊断仪的研制与临床研究

The manufacture and clinical application of the new-style electrodiagnostic equipment

目的:研制一种能客观记录肌肉收缩反应的新型刺激式电诊断仪。方法:以传感技术取代目测法,以程控技术改进复杂的操作,并以对照的方法进行临床应用性研究。结果:该电诊断仪具有自动采集、显示、分析、记录和打印功能。对225块正常肌肉和226块部分失神经支配肌肉测定的结果与肌电图检查结果对比,诊断符合率达99.1%。结论:该电诊断仪有较高的可靠性,临床应用方便。

Objective:To manufacture the new-style electrodiagnostic equipment for objectively recording the response of muscles contracts.Methods:The focus of this work was to replace visual exa mination by sensor and to improve complicated manipulation with program control technique.And this equipment was engaged in clinical practice by comparison.Results:This equipment exhibited the advan- tage of high sensitivity and automatic reception,display,analysis,recording and printing.By this equip- ment,225 normal muscles and partial denervated muscles were examined.The results were compared with those of EMG.The diagnostic conformed rate was 99.1%,Conclusion:The results of clinical ex- periment demonstrate that the equipment has a high reliability.It is convenient for clinical practice.
