通过国内外的对比，分析了造成国内服务业发展滞后的主要因素；对改善服务市场环境、拓展国内服务业的发展空间，提出了若干积极建议。
Compared the status home and abroad, the author analyzes the main factors which lag the domestic services development, bringing forward the suggestion on improving the market environment and expanding the domestic services.
