摘要 以19-去甲睾丸素为原料,经两步得到17β-乙酰氧基-雌甾-4,6-双烯-3-酮,两步收率达57%。 β Acetoxy estra 4,6 diene 3 one was synthesized through the two step process from 19 nor testosterone with overall yield of 57%
