生脉液、脉络宁及两药合并静脉滴注对麻醉犬脑循环的影响

观察了生脉液、脉络宁及两药合并静脉滴注对麻醉犬脑循环的影响。结果表明，生脉液（０．４ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）、脉络宁（５．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）及两药合并（生脉液０．４ｇ／ｋｇ＋脉络宁５．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ）均能增加麻醉犬脑血流量，降低脑血管阻力，合并用药组效果优于单用组。各给药组均有明显的降低血压、减慢心率的作用，随着血压降低，脑血流量亦很快下降，但降低脑血管阻力的作用维持较久。
