抗真菌多烯大环内酯类抗生素的构效关系 被引量:4

摘要 确定物质的化学结构及其药理作用的关系是研制具有高效和高度选择性药物的最重要的任务。已经发现包括抗生素在内的许多类有机化合物的理化参数与生物活性间精确的统计相关性。多烯大环内酯类抗生素的生物学性质可以用许多基本特征描述。多烯大环内酯对酵母,腐生及致病丝状真菌有活性。许多藻类和某些原虫对多烯类也敏感。在临床条件下真菌对该类抗生素很少出现耐药性。该类药物既可口服,也可肠胃外用药。
