介绍了我国建设节能的现状和节能设计采用的主要技术措施,指出我国在建筑节能领域与发达国家差距较大,因此,在建筑设计实践中要处理好建筑节能与建筑设计使用功能、建筑造型等的矛盾,强化建筑师节能意识,并依靠行政手段宣传普及我国的节能政策、法规,共同努力使建筑节能设计应用于实际,将成果转化为生产力。

Introduce the major technical measures of energy conservation of construction and point out that we have a serious gap compare with developed country. Therefore, treat the contradiction between energy conservation and utilizations and architectural image, depend on administrative means to promote the energy conservations and rules, and applied to practice even transfer to productivity.
