冠状动脉病变患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与血管内皮功能相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究冠心病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与肱动脉血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)的关系。方法:用高频超声分别对冠状动脉造影正常的对照组17例,冠心病单支病变组20例,冠状动脉多支病变组26例患者进行颈动脉IMT、肱动脉EDD和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(EID)测定。超声测值与冠状动脉造影结果对照分析。结果:冠心病单支病变组、多支病变组比对照组的颈动脉IMT明显增高,肱动脉EDD明显降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。单支病变组与多支病变组之间亦差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EID在各组间差异无统计学意义。冠心病患者颈动脉IMT与EDD之间有较大相关性,呈负相关(r=-0.61,P<0.01),与TG、吸烟时间呈正相关(r=0.34,0.31,P<0.05)。结论:超声检测颈动脉IMT及血管内皮舒张功能可作为监测冠心病发生发展的重要指标。
