密度对怀牛膝生长和多糖含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在大田条件下,以河南温县牛膝为材料,对不同种植密度(A,500 000;B,330 000;C,250 000;D,200 000株.hm-2)条件下的怀牛膝生长发育、叶面积指数、光合势、干物质积累和牛膝多糖进行了测定,并对怀牛膝根长和株高进行logistic模拟.结果表明,怀牛膝的株高和根长生长均呈"S"形.不同密度的怀牛膝叶面积指数及光合势生长均呈单峰曲线,且随密度的增加,最大叶面积指数及光合势呈上升趋势;处理间光合势在出苗60 d左右差异最大,群体干物质积累量的差异主要出现在中后期.各处理中B处理怀牛膝产量和多糖含量最高(5 465.927 kg.hm-2和108.420 6 mg.g-1). Under the field conditions, the growth dynamic rhythm, leaf area index ( LAI), leaf area duration(LAD), dry matter accumulation and polysaccharide contents of Achyranthes bidentata in Wenxian of Henan Province are determined under different density (A, 500 000; B, 330 000; C, 250 000 ;D ,200 000 plants per hm^2 ). Changing trends of taproot length and plant height are simulated in logistic curve equation. The results show that the growth stages of Huai Achyranthes bidentata are the same. The taproot length and plant height are “S-shaped”. Both LAI and LAD are single peak curve. It is ascend trend in the largest LAI and LAD along with the increase of density. LAD among different managements shows the greatest difference on the 60 days after seedling. The colony dry matter accumulation among different managements is different and appeared in middle and late stages. The comprehensive shows that treatment B is the best, with the highest yield of 5 465. 927 kg · hm^2 and polysaccharide contents of 108. 420 6 mg · g^-1
