运用相对指数和绝对指数测算了河南的区域经济差异,并运用具有可分解性质的泰尔指数对其进行分解分析.认为,河南区域经济差异处在增速不断扩大的增长过程中,且这种差异主要是由各个区域之间的差异构成的.经济增长带来的财富如果不能均等地在各地区之间分配,则会影响经济的发展.建议采取措施降低经济差异的增长速度,并以降低组间经济差异为主.
