摘要
介绍了新研制的防坠器制动性能无线检测系统。该系统采用两级分布式结构,下位机以单片机为核心,负责各个性能参数的采集;上位机以 PC 机为核心,负责数据的显示、分析和存储。由于斜井煤矿现场井筒罐道狭窄,上下位机之间采用了无线通讯来保证数据的实时传输。该检测系统有效地提高了煤矿现场对斜井人车防坠器制动性能检测的准确性,实现了高效、便携、安全的检测。
This paper introduces a newly-developed wireless testing; system for braking performance of the man-car parachute gear. This system is composed in two grades distributed structure. A single--chip microcomputer is taken as a core for the slave computer (SC) in charge of collecting each performance parameter, while an PC is taken as a core for the master computer (MC) in charge of the display, analysis and storage of all the data. Additionally, the wireless communication is applied between the MC and the SC for ensuring the data transmitting in real-time, owing to the incommodious shaft guide in the site of an inclined shaft. This testing system can effectively increase the accuracy of the braking performance testing for the parachute gear, realize the performance testing in high efficiency, convenience and safely.
