低剂量三联疗法治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡

The Treatment of HP-positive Peptic Ulcer with Three Drugs Combined Therapy in Lower Dosage

改进根除HP的三联疗法常规方案,将甲硝唑的剂量减为0.6g/d,甲硝唑和羟氨苄青霉素的疗程缩短为2周,治疗HP阳性消化性溃疡30例。对照组30例应用雷尼替丁治疗。结果两组HP根除率分别为80.0％(24/30)和3.33％(1/30),P<0.01。溃疡半年复发率分别为15.38％(4/26)和74.07％(20/27),P<0.01。结果表明,低剂量三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡,同样有较满意的临床疗效,具有HP根除率高,溃疡复发率低等优点,加之副作用轻,病人易于接受,故值得临床推广应用。

The traditional regime of three drugs combined therapy which can eradicate HP was improved. The dosage of metronidazole was reduced to 0. 6g per day. The therapeutic period of metronidazole and amoxicillin was abridged to two weeks. Thirty patients with HP-positive peptic ulcer were treated with three drugs combined therapy in lower dosage,controlled group 30 patients were treated by ranitidme. The results showed that eradicative rates of two groups were 80% (24/30) and 3- 33% (l/30)respec-tively (P<0. 01). The recurrence rates of ulcer in half a year were 15. 38%(4/26)and 74. 07%(20/ 27 )respectively (P<0. 01). The results indicated that the treatment of HP-positive peptic ulcer with three drugs combined therapy in lower dosage was such a satisfaction for clinic results,a high eradica-tive rate and a low recurrence rate. The adverse response was slender and patients accepted it easily. It was suggested that this new method was worthy of wider application.
