双馈调速在提升机TKD控制系统改造中的应用探讨

介绍了矿井提升机传动系统的发展历程,提出双馈调速方式可以很好应用到传统的 TKD 系统改造中来。文中给出了双馈调速的主回路结构和矢量控制原理图,分析了采用双馈调速方式的节能效果,并总结了双馈调速方式在提升机调速系统中应用的优点。

Based on reviewing the development course of the driving systems of mine hoists, this paper proposes the way of double-fed speed regulation is very suitable to retrofit the traditional TKD system. The schematic diagram of main circuit configuration and vectorcontrol of double-fed speed regulation is offered. At last, energy-saving effect of double-fed speed regulation is analyzed and the advantages if it is applied to the velocity regulation of a hoist are summarized.
