大吨位绞车的自动排绳研究

Study on Automatic Rope Arrangement for Large Capacity Winch

摘要 绞车运行过程中经常出现排绳紊乱现象,易造成铜丝绳受损加剧和断绳跑车事故的发生,严重时也可能导致重大人身事故。针对这一现状,将液压调速技术和 PLC 控制技术运用于绞车的自动排绳控制过程中,对绞车的转速及排绳液压缸的行走方向和位移量进行实时信号采集和监控,通过控制防爆变频器的频率,实现排绳系统的无级调速,达到动态跟踪绞车运行状况及自动控制排绳过程的目的。 The rope arranging action of a large-scale winch is often disordered, which can cause rope damaged seriously and accidents of car runaway due to rope breaking, even results in heavy human injuries. Aimed at this situation, hydraulic speed-governing technology and PLC control technique are applied to the auto-control course of the rope arrangement of the winch, in order to realize signals gathered and monitored on real-time for the rotation velocity of the winch, the moving direction and the displacement of the rope-arranging hydro-cylinder. Additionally, stepless speed regulation of the rope-arranging system is realized by regulating the frequency of explosionproof converter, so that the purpose of tracking working condition of the winch dynamically and auto-controlling the rope-arranging process is achieved.
