摘要
根据冶金球矿振动筛的实际参数,建立了振动筛的两自由度非线性振动模型,采用Matlab 软件编程求出了振动方程的数值解,并用相图和庞加莱映射的方法分析了振动系统随参激频率变化的准周期运动和混沌运动现象,以及球矿的刚度变化对振动筛参激共振的影响。结果表明,参激频率越高,球矿的刚度变化幅值越大,振动筛系统的非线性特征越显著。
According to actual parameters of the metallurgical pellet riddler, it is built that the nonlinear vibration model with 2-degree of freedom for the riddler. Numerical results of vibration equations are figured out by using Matlab software, and then, by means of the phase portrait and Poincare map, it is analyzed that the phenomena of the quasi-periodic and chaos motions changing along with parametricexcitation frequency of the vibro--system, and the influence of stiffness change of the spherical agglomerations on the parametric-excitation resonance of the riddler. The results indicate that the higher the vibrating frequency, the bigger the magnitude of stiffness change of the pellet group and as well the more obvious the nonlinear characteristics of the riddler vibration system.
