163株肠球菌对高浓度氨基糖甙类抗生素耐药情况调查 被引量:3

摘要 为了解肠球菌的耐药情况,使用脑心浸液琼脂稀释筛选平板法(ADSP),检测从住院患者的标本中分离出的163株肠球菌对庆大霉素和链霉素的高度耐药菌株(MICs≥2000mg/L)。结果表明,抗庆大霉素高度耐药菌株109株(66.9%),抗链霉素高度耐药菌株114株(69.9%)。全部试验菌株对万古霉素敏感。提示临床应慎用抗生素,要选择敏感药物进行治疗。还对临床常用的筛选氨基糖甙类高度耐药株的其它方法如VITEK-GPS-TA药敏卡,单一浓度微量肉汤稀释法(SCMB)的准确性进行比较,结果显示VITEK-GPS-TA药敏卡不能准确检测高浓度氨基糖甙类耐药株。 163 Enterococcus isolates were collected from in-patients, high-level resistance to gentamicin and streptomycin (MICs≥2000mg/L)was detected by brain-heart-infusion-agar-dilution screen plate (AD SP),of 163 isolates,109 isolates with high-level gentamicin resistance,and 114 isolates with high-level streptomycin resistance were obtained. But all isolates were susceptive to vancomycin. Authors also compared results of ADSP with the results of VITEK-GPS-TA card and single-concentration broth mi-crodilution(SCBM) method. The results suggested that VITEK-GPS-TA card was not accurate for detecting of high-level aminoglycosides resistance.
