SWOT Analysis of Project-completed Development Strategy for an Equipment Manufacture

基于 SWOT 理论,对装备制造型企业内、外部环境所存在的机会、威胁以及优劣势进行了分析,提出备选战略,并利用定量战略计划矩阵进行定量分析,选出最佳的工程成套战略,给出装备制造企业选择最佳工程成套发展战略的具体方法。

Based on SWOT theory and in view of the internal and external ambience, this paper studies on the challenges and opportunities, advantages and disadvantages of an equipment manufacture. The spare strategies are offered and then the quantitative analysis is carried out by means of the quantitative strategic planning matrix （QSPM ） in order to choose the optimal project-completed development strategy. Additonally, it is given that the concrete method how to optimize the optimal strategy for an equipment manufacturer.
