摘要
利用常规轧制设备,采用冷轧法对水韧处理后的高锰钢进行可控轧制处理。试验结果表明,轧制工艺对水韧高锰钢的金相组织和性能有显著影响,随着轧制形变量的增加,奥氏体高锰钢组织内部出现高密度的形变孪晶,加工硬化性能明显,抗磨损性能提高。
The controllable rolling treatment on high-manganese steel after the water toughening treatment is realized by using ordinary rolling equipments with a cold rolling process. The experimental results show that the rolling technology behaves as a great effect on the metallurgical structure and properties of the water-toughened high manganese steel. Moreover, the high-density twin crystals emerge in the internal structure of the austenitic high manganese steel while the quantity of deformation is increased, which can makes the capability of strainhardening higher and so wear-resisting enhanced.
