摘要
将传统的内部节流形式进行改进,最大限度地减小节流腔的面积,用于静压向心轴承时避免了外部节流器容易堵塞的缺点,同时增加了工作油腔的有效面积,从而提高静压支承的承载能力和刚度。计算了采用该节流形式的静压向心轴承在不同节流比下的无量纲承载力和无量纲静刚度,并与相同工况下毛细管节流和小孔节流静压支承特性系数进行了比较。
The structure of traditional inner flow-restriction mode is improved by reducing furthest the area of the restrieting cave. When it is applied to a hydrostatic journal bearing, the improved inner flow-restriction mode can effectively avoid the blocking problem occurring often to the normal external restrictors and as well as increases the efficient area of the working cave so that the loading capacity and stiffhess of a hydrostatic bearing are enhanced. This paper calculates the dimensionless loading capacities and dimensionless stiffness values of the hydrostatic journal bearing with above-mentioned improved throttling mode in different restriction ratios and compares the results with the characteristic coefficients of the hydrostatic bearings with same working conditions but throttled respectively by the capillary restrictor and orifice restrictor.
