移植领域中人巨细胞病毒感染的关注点与对策 被引量：6

摘要 组织器官和造血干细胞移植为终末期器官衰竭、恶性血液病、肿瘤等疾病患者带来了第二次生命，而巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染却严重威胁移植受者的生命，并影响其长期存活，已引起人们的高度关注。 我国人群CMV感染率高达90％，发生CMV活动并发展为CMV病主要出现在宿主免疫功能低下或受损的人群中。机体免疫功能健全状态下，CMV感染受监控，其表现为亚临床或自限性单核细胞增多样综合征，无碍健康。
