氨力农治疗对充血性心力衰竭患者左室功能改善的动态观察

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION ON AMRINONE THERAPY FOR IMPROVING LEFT VENTRICULAR FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE

本文采用脉冲多普勒超声心动图动态观察氨力农静脉制剂对３０例严重充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者左室功能的影响。结果显示，氨力农治疗１周后即可明显改善ＣＨＦ患者左室收缩与舒张功能。短期应用疗效满意，副作用轻微，表明氨力农对治疗伴有舒张功能障碍的严重ＣＨＦ是一种较理想的药物。

The changes of left ventricular function were dynamically observed with color Pulsed Doppler echocardiography before and after Amrinone treatment in 30 patients of severe congestive heart failure (CHF). The results showed that after amrinone therapy for one week the left ventricular systolic and diastolic parameters were significantly improved in the patients. Good effects and little side effects were proved in shore term application. It indicated that amrinone is a rational drug for treating severe CHF with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
