摘要
目的:建立速效烧伤油中总蒽醌的紫外分光光度含量测定方法。方法:利用大黄蒽醌类化合物与醋酸镁反应显色的原理,以显色溶剂为空白,在510nm处测定其吸收度。结果:该方法在5~25mg·L^-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993)。平均回收率为95.11%,RSD为3.4%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快速、可靠、重复性好,可作为速效烧伤油的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the content of total anthraquinones in Suxiao Shaoshangyou. METHODS According to the theory that coloring reaction will occur while anthraquinones react upon magnesium acetate, the absorption value of the sample at 510 nm was measured to calculate content directly. RESULTS The calibration curve of the absorbency was linear with the concentration of emodin in the range of 50-250 mg·L^-1 (r= 999 3). The average recovery of the sample was 95. 11%,RSD was 3.4% (n = 5). CONCLUSION This method is sample, accurate , sensitive and can be used as a quality control for the preparation of Suxiao Shaoshangyou.
