摘要
以Mn、Si、Cr为主要合金元素,设计并研制了一种新型贝氏体钢。利用膨胀法,结合金相法和硬度法,在DIL805A热膨胀快速相变仪上测定了该钢在不同冷速下连续冷却时的热膨胀曲线,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线);研究了该钢连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程与组织变化。根据该钢的CCT曲线,在自行研制的特种淬火介质中进行热处理,获得了下贝氏体组织,为生产实践和新工艺的制订提供了参考依据。
A new type ofbainitic steel containing Mn, Si and Cr was designed and manufactured. By the method of dilatometric change, combining with microscopic test and hardness measurement, different expanding curves of continuous cooling transformation (CCT) were measured at different cooling rate, and CCT diagram was obtained by using DIL805A thermal expansion fast phase transition immanent. The morphology of the transforming process and the resultant products of austenite were analysed. According to the CCT diagram, the quenching medium was prepared to obtain lower bainite, which will provide references for practical production and formulation of novel techniques.
