摘要
采用YAG固体激光器对718塑料模具钢进行了表面强化处理,研究了扫描速度对718塑料模具钢的硬化层尺寸范围、硬度、抗磨损性的影响。结果表明,在激光功率和光斑直径保持恒定的情况下,磨损质量损失随着扫描速度的增加先增加后减少,当扫描速度为6.5 mm/s时,材料的耐磨性最好。实际应用表明:激光相变硬化处理后汽车制动器手柄模具的寿命提高了约3倍。
The transformation hardending on the surface of 718 plastic mould steel was investigated with YAG laser, the effects of scan speed on the depth and width of the hardened layer, hardness and wear resistance were studied. The results indicate that, when the laser power and facula diameter are incariableness, the wearing mass loss increases first and then decreases with the increase of scan speed. And when the scan speed is 6.5mm/s, the material has the best resistance to abrasion. Practical application indicates that car handles'life processed by laser transformation hardending has increased by three times.
