摘要 目的:比较实时谐波超声造影各期相的增强特点,探讨超声造影在肝脏良恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用实时谐波超声造影技术对37例肝脏肿瘤患者进行检查,并比较不同病变的肝脏超声造影增强特点。结果:恶性病变患者增强开始时间、峰值时间、减退时间、持续时间均早于良性病变患者(P<0.05),良恶性患者动脉期、门脉期和延迟期病变增强方式也有所不同。结论:超声造影能反映组织血流动力学的改变,对肝脏良恶性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective; To explore the clinical value of real-time harmonic gray-scale contrast enhanced sonography in the differentiation of benign from malignant focal liver lesions (ELLs) by the characterization of each vascular phase. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with ELLs underwent contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) examination. The contrast enhanced characterization of ELLs were compared. Results: The arrival time, peak time, wash-out time and enhancement time of the malignant lesions were significantly earlier than those of the benign lesions (P 〈0.05). The enhancement pattern of benign and malignant ELLs in the arterial, portal and late phases was different. Conclusion: CEUS could reflect the changes of hepatic haemodynamics and improve the diagnostic performance in ELLs for discrimination between benignity and malignancy.
