高血压病程与左室肥厚及颈动脉硬化和斑块的关系

The course of hypertension and its relationship with the left veutricular hypertrophy and carotid arteriosclerosis and mass

目的:探讨高血压病人的病程与左室肥厚、颈动脉硬化和斑块的关系。方法:将2005年6月～2006年5月在我院住院的高血压病人按病程≥10年及病程<10年分为两组,利用彩色多普勒超声检查其心脏及颈动脉的情况,并将结果加以比较。结果:病程≥10年的高血压病人较病程<10年者其左室肥厚的比率显著增加(P<0.01),颈动脉硬化和斑块的比例亦显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:高血压是心血管综合征,其对心脏、血管的损害持续进展,应对高血压早期综合治疗:彩色多普勒超声用于监测高血压对心脏、血管的损害具有临床意义。

Objective： To discuss the connection between the course of hypertension and the left veutricular hypertrophy,carotid arteriosclerosis and mass. Methods： The hypertension patients were assigned two groups with the courses ≥10 years or the courses 〈10 years from Jun, 2005 to May, 2006 in our hospital, we measured their hearts and carotid with the colour dopper and compared the results. Results： The hypertension patients of the courses≥10 years comparing those of the courses 〈10 years, the rate of the left veutricular hypertrophy was very significantly increased （P 〈0.01）, the rate of carotid arteriosclerosis and mass was significantly raised （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hypertension is cardiovascular syndrome, the damage of heart and blood vessel continuously developed. The hypertension therapy should be forepart and integration, moreover the colour dopper could be watched the hypertension damage of heart and blood vessel.
