培哚普利对高血压病患者心率变异性的干预研究

Effect of perindoprii on heart rate variability in hypertensive patients

目的:评价血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)培哚普利对高血压病患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:选择原发高血压病患者28例,分别记录培哚普利治疗4周前后24h动态心电图,进行心率变异性的时域分析和频域分析,并与对照组进行比较。结果:高血压组与对照组比较心率变异性降低,经培哚普利治疗后,高血压组血压下降的同时心率变异性指标均显著改善。结论:培哚普利可改善高血压病患者的心率变异性。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Perindopril on haert rate variablility （HRV） in essential hypertensive patients. Methods： The data of HRV were analyzed in 26 healthy subjects and 28 patients with hypertension before and after using perindopril by 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings. Resuites： The data of HRV, such as atandard deviation of nomal-to-nomat intervals （SDNN）, standard deviation of the mean of RR intervals for each 5 periods of the 24 -hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings （SDANN）, total frequency low frequency and high frequency in hypertensive patients were significantly abnormal compared with that in control. After treatment of Perindopril, HRV were significantly improved. Conculusions： Perindopril can improve the HRV of essential hypertensive patients.
