缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病患者血清IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血肌酐(Scr)及24 h尿蛋白(Pro-U)、平均动脉压(MAP)的变化,以及缬沙坦对上述因素的影响。方法:测定28例正常健康人和30例糖尿病肾病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α的浓度,随后观察予缬沙坦治疗前后糖尿病肾病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、Scr及Pro-U、MAP的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α浓度明显升高(P<0.05),缬沙坦治疗12周后,血清IL-6、TNF-α、Scr浓度及Pro-U、MAP水平均明显下降(P<0.05);IL-6与Scr、Pro-U、MAP呈正相关,TNF-α与Scr、Pro-U、MAP呈正相关,IL-6与TNF-α呈正相关。结论:糖尿病肾病患者血清IL- 6、TNF-α浓度明显升高,且与血肌酐浓度及尿蛋白、平均动脉压呈正相关,缬沙坦具有降低IL-6、TNF-α的浓度、减少尿蛋白、改善肾功能的作用。 Objective: To observe the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), serum creatinine (Scr), 24h urinary protein (Pro-U), the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and the effect of Valsartan on them in diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients. Methods: Concentration of serum IL-6, TNF-α were measured in 28 healthy persons and 32 diabetic nephropathy patients and changes of IL- 6,TNF-α, Scr, Pro-U, MAP of diabetic nephropathy patients were observed before and after treatment with valsartan. Results: Concentration of IL-6, TNF-α distinctively increased in DN (P 〈0.05). Concentration of serum IL-6, TNF-α were positive related with Scr, Pro-U, MAP in DN. Conclusion: Valsartan can obviously decrease concentration of IL-6, TNF-α, reduce urine protein and improve renal function.
