摘要
采用臭氧-曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺对某纺织洗水厂二级生化处理出水进行了回用处理。结果表明,在进水COD约为80mg/L、色度为16倍、浊度约为8NTU的条件下,当臭氧投加量为30-45mg/L、BAF的水力停留时间为3—4h、气水比为5:1时,出水COD〈30mg/L、色度为2倍、浊度〈1NTU,出水水质可满足生产工艺对回用水的水质要求。
The ozone/biological aerated filter (BAF) process was applied for reuse treatment of wastewater after secondary biochemial treatment. The results show that under the conditions of the influent COD of about 80 mg/L, color of 16 times and turbidity of about 8 NTU, when the ozone dosage is 30 to 45 mg/L, the hydraulic retention time (HRT) of BAF is 3 to 4 h, and the ratio of gas to water is 5 : 1, the effluent COD is less than 30 mg/L, color is 2 times and turbidity is less than 1 NTU. The effluent quality can meet the requirement of the production process for reuse water quality.
