摘要 研究了温度对两段式生物接触氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液效果的影响,结果表明:在低温条件下,二阶接触氧化单元对COD、NH3-N的平均去除率分别为34%、26%,都比常温下的低,主要是因为温度降低,微生物的代谢能力下降;低温对硝化细菌的增长速度和活性有强烈的抑制作用,水温越低则硝化和反硝化反应越难进行;而低温下对TP的平均去除率比常温下的高,原因可能是低温导致了生物种群的转换,聚磷菌是嗜冷性细菌,故具有较高的细胞产率,所以除磷效率在一定范围内随温度降低而提高。 The influence of temperature on treatment of landfill leachate by two-stage biological contact oxidation process was studied by experiment. The results show that the average removal rates of COD and NH3 - N under the low temperature in the contact oxidation unit are 34% and 26% respective- ly, which are lower than those under normal temperature due to lower temperature and decrease of microbial metabolic capacity. The low temperature state has a strong inhibition effect on growth rate and activity of nitrobacteria, and the low temperature causes nitrification and denitrification reaction to be difficult. The average removal rate of TP under low temperature is higher than under normal temperature, and the reason is likely that low temperature results in transformation of biological population. The phosphorus accumulating organisms are a kind of psychrophilic bacteria, and they have a higher cell yield. Therefore, the phosphorus removal rate decreases with temperature rise to a certain extent.
