试议城市建设干部培训的特点和创新

A Basic Study of Practice Oriented Training on Urban Construction Cadre

通过对城市建设干部培训工作的经验总结,提出了城市建设干部培训中应当注意的若干问题。指出:设置适合各地、各级城市管理干部需要的课程,提供理论联系实际的案例化教学,组织面向实践的、国际化的师资队伍,是搞好城建干部培训的三个重要内容。认为培训理念、培训内容、培训方式、培训管理的创新是搞好城建干部培训工作的基础。

Based on the experience sunning-up of urban construction cadre training, it points out several questions in the training program. Meanwhile, it argues that there are three important contents we should pay more attention, when we implement a successful training program, the courses fitting the need of construction cadre, the teaching with cases, and the teachers facing the practice and internationalization. Further more, it points out that, innovation is the foundation of training work which about the training imagine, training content, training mode, training management,etc.
