摘要
将高密度聚乙烯(PE—HD)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)和相容剂混合后,加入塑料管材挤出成型机中,经熔融共混、冷却定型、辅机牵引制得层状共混阻透管材。研究了相容剂用量、阻透树脂用量和成型工艺参数对管材阻透性能的影响,考察了树脂的流变性能及共混阻透管材的力学性能,并与 PE-HD/聚酰胺6(PA-6)共混管材性能进行比较。利用扫描电镜观察阻透管材壁面的层状结构。实验结果表明,与 PE-HD/PA6共混管材相比,PE-HD/EVOH共混管材所需相容剂少,成型工艺参数易于控制,其阻透性能及力学性能更好。当阻透树脂用量为16~18份,相容剂用量为1~3份,加工温度在225℃左右,螺杆转速控制在20r/min 左右,牵伸速度为1.5~1.6 m/min 时,PE-HD/EVOH 共混管材的阻透性能得到明显提高。
Barrier pipe was made via extrusion from a blend of PE-HD, poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol) (EVOH), and PE-g-MAH. The effects of dosages of PE-g-MAH and processing conditions on barrier, rheological, and mechanical properties of the materials were investigated. The laminar structure of the pipe section was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The barrier and mechanical property of PE-HD/EVOH pipe were better than those of PE-HD/IPA6 pipe. The processing conditions for the former were easily controlled. The optimal set of recipe and processing parameters was as follows: EVOH 16--18 wt%, PE-g-MAH 1--3 wt%, extrusion temperature 225 ℃, screw rotating speed 20 r/min, and drawing ratio 1.5-1.6 m/min.
