摘要
从传统电机入手,比较了同步、异步及直流电机的特点,再从这3个方面比较了3种直线电机的特点,对各种电机进行了综合分析,为改善潜油抽油机性能、提高系统效率、更好地节能等方面提供了重要的理论依据。结果表明,永磁直线直流电机的圆筒外形及推力大、短行程、可不换向等特点适合作为潜油式抽油机的动力系统,在这方面具有良好的应用前景。
The purpose of this paper is to identify more suitable motor for pumping underground electrical power system. This will have positive significance for the development of the oil field and underground pumping. Comparison of the traditional motor is made: synchronous comparison, asynchronous and DC motor characteristics; and then the three aspects of linear motor characteristics are compared. The analysis of various motor is done in order to provide important theoretical basis for improving the submersible oil pumping unit performance, enhancing the efficiency, better energy saving. Through detailed comparative analysis, it is concluded, permanent magnet linear DC motor have cylinder-shape, reliability, the short trip may not change direction. These characteristics suits to the power system of an underground pumping. Permanent magnet linear DC motor has better prospects in straight-submersible pumping oil in.
