摘要
根据油田注水工况并结合液压系统知识,设计了一种独特的换向系统。液压缸采用一种特殊结构,液压缸的有杆端和无杆端都开有缓冲槽。有杆端缓冲槽除减缓液压冲击外,还利用其产生的高压驱动液动换向阀换向;液压油在换向阀换向时通过液控单向阀的反向开启作用进入下一元件;由小流量齿轮泵、单向阀、蓄能器和溢流阀组成自动补给回路,可避免在吸入工作介质中活塞上行不到死点。该液压泵换向控制系统排量均匀、平稳可靠,可实现准确换向,大大改善了注水泵的工作性能。
Based on injection pressure for an injection behavior and incorporated hydraulics knowledge, a special commutation system was worked out. The hydraulic cylinder adopt a sort of special construction, both of its rod end and rodless end were notched as a dashpot. The dashpot on rod end not only buffers the hydrodynamic shock, but also generates high pressure to drive commutation valve to commute. The hydraulic oil enters the next component via the reverse unlock action of pilot-controlled check valve. The auto-compensation loop, which consists of gear pump, check valve, accumulator and overflow valve, assures that the piston could reach the dead point when sucking actuating medium. The pump features for its uniform displacement, smooth and reliability. The precise commutation is realized to improve its working performance.
