Study on Connecting Technique of Connection Rod of Beam Pumping Unit

游梁平衡抽油机由于其自身结构特点,在运行过程中,连杆上接头与横梁连接部分经常会出现振动和响声。从结构和运动特性2个方面对游梁平衡抽油机横梁、连杆销响声问题进行分析,并提出了解决方案。

As its structure character of beam pumping unit, vibration and noise happen on the joint of connection rod head and beam during operation. The analysis has been made for beam and connection pin from consideration of its structure and movement. The measures to solve the said problem are proposed as well in this paper.
