厚朴酚对多囊卵巢模型大鼠血清激素水平的影响

Effect of Magnolol on Serum Hormone of Rat Model of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的探讨厚朴酚对多囊卵囊巢综合征大鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)及睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的影响。方法选取60日龄雌性SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组(10只)、PCOS组(10只)、厚朴酚治疗组(10只),后两组造模成功后,PCOS组喂服生理盐水,治疗组喂服厚朴酚,21d后脱臼处死各组大鼠并取材。采用免疫组织化学法检测三组血清Leptin、T、FSH、LH水平的变化。结果PCOS组较对照组大鼠血清Leptin、T、LH水平显著升高,FSH水平相对降低;厚朴酚治疗后血清Leptin、T、LH水平下降,但仍高于对照组。结论PCOS大鼠的血清瘦素水平与体内脂肪含量及分布密切相关。燥湿化痰中药治疗对Leptin、T、LH水平有显著影响。

Objective： To study the change of Leptin, Testosterone （T）, Luteinizing hormone（LH） and folliclle - stimulating hormone （FSH） in the serum of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） rat before and after therapy with magnolol. Methods： Thirty female SD rats aged 60d were randomly divided into control group （ n = 10）, PCOS group （ n = 10） and magnolol treatment group （ n = 10）. The rats in the latter 2 groups were induced by Poretsky＇ s method for PCOS model, followed by administration of sodium chloride or magnolol in respectively. After 21d treatment, the rats were sacrificed and the level of Leptin, T, LH and FSH in the serum were detected by Elivision TM Plus. Results： The Leptin, T and LH were increased in the serum of PCOS group but that of FSH was decreased. In the magnolol treatment group, the Leptin, T and LH level declined, which were still higher than the levels of control group. Conclusion： The level of Leptin in serum of PCOS rats is intimately concerned with the content of fat in body and distribution. The traditional chinese medicine of drying the wetness - evil and eliminating phlegm has a great effect to the level of Leptin , T and LH in serum of rats.
