摘要
利用有限元分析方法,对ZYB600F型液压静力压桩机悬臂强度进行静态分析,阐述液压静力压桩机在短船悬空、长船落地时一对角线上的两个支腿油缸支撑,另一对角线上的两个支腿油缸悬空这一最不利工况下的悬臂受力特征,并分析悬臂变形或开裂的原因,探讨悬臂结构优化的途径。
The paper, by the use of Finite Elements Method, analyzes the static cantilever strength of ZYB600F hydraulic static pile engine and expatiates the characteristics of cantilever strength on bad condition that two oil tanks support it on one catercorner while two oil tanks hang in the air on the other catercorner when the short boat hangs in the air and long boat lands. Furthermore, this paper analyses the reasons why the cantilever distorts or crazes and explores the method of the optimization frame of cantilever.
