摘要 利用可编程序控制器(PLC)控制步进电机和电焊机,实现T型管道接头焊接的自动化控制。本文主要论述了该设备的机械结构设计和电气控制系统设计。在机械结构方面采用了一级减速器和二维滑台,以实现焊枪的圆周运动和工作进给。用PLC控制步进电机,驱动减速器和滑台。通过触摸屏可以使工人设置不同的参数以适应不同直径的管道接头的焊接。 The PLC controlled system which is used to control step-motor and electric welding machine is introduced in this paper, and automatic control of T-type channel Joints is realized. This article also discusses the design of the mechanical structure, the verification of the equipment, computing and the design of the electrical control system. In order to realise the circumferential welding torch and the progressive movement, the equipment used a two-dimensional slide reducer and a work-piece stage in the mechanical structures.To providing the power of the slide reducer and the work-piece stage, the control of PLC is used in the control system . The application of the Touchscreen is to adapt to the different diameter pipes welded joints, through it workers can control the equipment by setting up different parameters into PLC.
