摘要
结合陕西吴子高速公路第六合同段的现场实际,提出了30 m,40 m箱梁模板和台座共用的施工技术方案,详细阐述了该方案的台座设计、模板设计、模板和台座共用原理以及施工要点,指出运用共用模板台座预制箱梁施工技术,既解决了场地问题,又降低了施工成本,值得推广使用。
Combined with the site actuality from the sixth contract section of Shanxi Wu-Zi highway. Brings forward the constructon technique plan using the same case roof-beam models with different length of 30 m,40 m respectively and dados. Meanwhile, these models' other aspects, including the design of dados and models, their common theory and construction elements which are given a detailed elaboration. In addition, the paper also points out that the construction technique to use common models and dados to prevent case roof-beams will not only solve successfully place problems, but also reduce the construction cost, which proves strongly the plan is worthy of being used and promoted.
