摘要
针对目前大中型建筑企业管理面临的实际,结合事业部结构特点进行了分析,重点阐述了采用事业部结构进行企业管理时应注意的若干问题,以期提高建筑企业管理绩效。
In view of the practice confronted by large and medium building enterprise in management at present and based upon analysis of the characteristics of department structure questions deserving attention in the application of department structure in business management are mainly elaborated, in order to increase the management performance for building enterprises.
