According to the experience of doing supervision work in many years, it introduces the working contents which are three controls, two management and one coordination of the engineering supervision in detail, discttsses the practice and experience of the supervision work, brings forward the chief problems in the building and supervision work of the current hydraulic engineering, and points out the supervision engineer should be build up the conception of charging owner and serving contractor.
