Throngh analyzing the factors of affecting the project quality of the construction of freeway, it discusses the quality management of the whole project from increasing the quality consciousness of staff, perfecting the quality assuring system, paying more attention to design quality, strengthening the raw material quality, relying on the scientific and technical advance, doing well the field supervision and sounding the staff diathesis, to increase the quality of road project.
