摘要
针对水电工程建设中总监理工程师的作用,分析了总监理工程师应具备的必要素质和条件,阐述了总监理工程师在组织协调方面应做到的几个方面,探讨了项目监理部与外界环境之间的协调,以确保工程建设的顺利实施。
In view of the roles of chief supervision engineer acted in hydraulic engineering the quality and conditions should be had by chief supervision engineer are analyzed. The work of chief supervision engineer in organization and coordination is elaborated as well as the coordination between the department of project supervision and outside, in order to ensure the smooth running of engineering.
