过敏性哮喘发病中T细胞激活的研究

The Role of T Lymphocytes in Allergic Asthma

为探讨T淋巴细胞在过敏性哮喘发病中的作用,本研究利用APAAP法观察了20例过敏性哮喘发作期患者外周血T细胞亚群及其活化状态改变,并与20例缓解期患者和20例健康对照者进行了比较.结果表明:CD4^+T细胞,CAD8~T细胞相对百分数和CD4/CD8比值在三组间无差异(P>0.05),而CD25^+T细胞和HLA-DR^+T细胞在哮喘发作组明显高于其它两组(P<0.01),且与血清总IgE水平呈正相关(r分别为0.3855,0.3554,P均<0.05),与FEV_1呈负相关(r分别为—0.6884,—O.5875,P均<0.01).上述结果提示讲:CD4^+T细胞活化在过敏性哮喘的发病中起重要作用.

In order to inquire the role of T-lymphocytes in the paroxysms of allergic asthma, T-cell subsets and their activation status were evaluated in 20 allergic as-thmatics during acute attacks by immunocytochemistry using APAAP method. Com-paring those with 20 remissive cases and 20 healthy controls, we found that the per-centages of positive CD25 T-cell and HLA-DR T-cell, which were activated, were higher in the cases of episodes than those in other two groups (P<0.01). No dif-ference was observed between the patients without symptoms and the normal indiv-iduals. CD4 +T-cells, HLA-DR+ T-cells, and CD4/CD8 ratio showed no difference ei-ther among the three groups. Significant correlations were found between number of CD25+ T-cells or HLA-DR + T-cells and serum total level of IgE (r = 0.3855, 0.3554, respectively, P<0.05), or FEVl(r=-0.6884, -0.5874, respectively, P<0.01) in the symptomatic asthmatics. The results suggested that activated CD4 T-cells may play an important role in the pathogenisis of allergic asthma.
