建设沿海经济隆起带是把河北省建设成为沿海经济社会发展强省的突破点,产业链体系的建设是打造沿海经济隆起带的关键。唐山作为经济总量占全省五分之一强的河北经济第一强市,加快培育壮大功能完备、结构优化、具有竞争优势的产业链体系,对河北省打造沿海经济隆起带,进而实现建设沿海经济强省的战略目标,具有明显的带动作用和重要的战略意义。本文主要以唐山为切入点,对如何优化主导产业链体系,助推沿海经济隆起带建设提出对策建议。

FThe construction of the outstanding zone of coastal economy is the breakthrough point for making a strong province in the social and economic development along the coastal area. And an optimum industrial chain system is the key point to build up the outstanding zone of coastal economy. Tangshan, as the No. 1 city, whose economic aggregate covers more than one fifth of the whole province, will play an increasing role and show its important strategic significance in building up our province＇s outstanding zone of coastal economy and achieving the goal of strong province of coastal economy by developing its well equipped,structural optimzed and competitive industrial chain system.Taking Tangshan as the breakthrough point,the essay tries to put forward a proposal on optimiaing the leading industrial chain system and boosting the construction of the outstanding zone of coastal economy.
