摘要
我国会展业在短期内迅速发展的同时,合格的会展业人力资源的供给成为我国会展业持续健康发展的瓶颈,本篇论文就将从我国会展人力资源开发问题入手,分析原因并提出解决问题的可行性对策。
While the Conference and Exhibition is growing quite rapidly, the supply of qualified Conference and Exhibition human resources is becoming a limit to sustainable development of Chinese Conference and Exhibition. The paper starts with the problems in the progress of development of Conference and Exhibition human resources, analyzes the reasons and put forward some feasible countermeasures.
