国有外贸企业核心竞争力的评价研究

文章在研究企业核心竞争力内容与评价方法的基础上,结合企业所处外贸行业发展特性和国有企业经营的特点,提出反映企业资源、能力以及与环境协调发展的国有外贸企业核心竞争力评价体系。随后,文章通过引入AHP分析模型,将各种指标逐项进行多指标分析综合,从而评价出企业核心竞争力总体水平的高低。
