高效液相色谱法测定含服替硝唑含片后唾液中含量的药时关系

Determination of Tinidazole in Saliva by HPLC after Administration of TNZ

用高效液相色谱法测定了含服替硝唑含片后人唾液中替硝唑含量，用高氯酸沉淀蛋白质后，直接在ＯＤＳ柱上测定，紫外检测波长３１７ｎｍ，流动相为甲醇—水—冰醋酸（２５７５０．１），方法回收率在９９％以上，最小检测限为０．１０ｍｇ／Ｌ；该方法简便、快速、准确。

The concentration of tinidazole(TNZ)in saliva was determined after administration of TNZ by RP-HPLC.The saliva was treated with 0 8mol/L HClO 4 and the supernatant liquid was injected,the TNZ was quantified with UV detector at 317nm,and the mobile phase was MeOH-H 2O-HAc(25∶75∶0 1).The recovery was above 99%,the detection limit was 0 10mg/L,and the linear range was 0 1～370mg/L.The method was simple.
