高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤片中雷公藤内酯醇的含量及含量均匀度

Examination of Content Uniformity of Triptolide in Lei Gong Teng Tablets of HPLC

采用液固萃取—高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤片中雷公藤内酯醇的含量，方法灵敏、准确，重现性好，回收率为９８．８％。考察了雷公藤片微量有效成分雷公藤内酯醇的均匀性，为进一步提高雷公藤片的质量提供了依据。

The content of triptolide in Lei Gong Teng tablets was determined using liquid-solid extraction-HPLC.This method is sensitive、accurate and reproducible,its recovery is 98 8%.The homogeneity of trace effective composition-triptolide in Lei Gong Teng tablets was inspected,it provides the basis for improving the quality of Lei Gong Teng tablets.
