葛根芩连微丸含量测定方法的改进

An Improvement on the Assay Method of Gegen Qinlian Mini-pill

对中国药典（１９９５年版一部）中葛根芩连微丸的含量测定方法进行了改进，将展开剂由正丁醇—冰醋酸—水（７１２）改为苯—醋酸乙酯—甲醇—异丙醇—浓氨溶液（１２６３３１）。结果表明，改进方法更准确、快捷。

In this paper,the assay method of Gegen Qinlian Mini-pill in Chinese Pharmacopoea(1995)is improved by changing the developing solvent system from n-butanol,glacial acetic acid,and water(7∶1∶2)to benzene,ethyl acetate,methanol,isopropanol,and strong ammonia solution(12∶6∶3∶3∶1).The improved assay method is more accurate and faster.
