摘要
不同个体之间存在着认知差异,不同职业类型的人群在推理过程也由于其作业的对象不同而产生一定的类型差异。本文探讨了管理类职业人群与技术类职业人群在推理认知方面的差异,研究结果显示,管理类与技术类职业人群在总分上存在比较显著的差异,管理类职业人群使用推理的频率较高,该结果具有一定的统计意义。管理类与技术类职业人群在推理认知上的差异分析,对员工的培训和职业发展生涯规划具有一定的参考价值。
There are cognition differences amony individuals. People with different professions are different in the illation process. This article discusses the difference between the management and the technology class workers in illation cognition. The findings demonstrate that, the management class worker are remarkable different from the technology class worker in the total score. The management class worker uses illation more frequently. The variance analysis between the management class and the technology class worker in illation cognition will help to construct the post competent character-istic model, as well as to have the referential value to personnel's training.
